Complete the Chemical Waste Request form.
Chemical waste receiving is available for the following buildings.

Pick-up Locations
Chemical waste is picked up in your lab at the following locations:
- Bayview Asthma & Allergy Center
- Bloomberg School of Public Health
- CRB I and CRB II
- Caroline Street Building
- Homewood Campus (except for buildings connected via tunnel to Macaulay Hall)
- Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Rangos and 1812 Ashland Buildings
- Smith Building
Hazmat Technicians have jcard access to most spaces. Ensure waste is tagged and provide instructions in the “Requestor Comments” portion of the Chemical Waste Disposal form for entry if your lab is keyed.
